Taco Mafia started with a simple belief: a great taco doesn't need a fancy restaurant. It needs fresh ingredients, a good flame, and people who actually care about what they're serving.

We're not a chain. We're not chasing trends. We're a Knoxville crew that fell in love with the kind of street tacos you find in Mexico City — the kind where the tortilla is warm, the meat is juicy, and the salsa makes you question your life choices in the best way.

Everything is made from scratch here. Our tortillas are hand-pressed every morning. Our salsas are batched daily. Our meats are marinated in blends we're not sharing with anyone.
